About this cartoon: President Obama took steps to protect the so-called "Dreamers" -- young people brought into the U.S. illegally by their parents, but who grew up here and have known no other country -- from deportation. Donald Trump, ever itching to piss on Obama's legacy, decided for no good reason to end the program (but dumped it onto an incompetent Congress to sort out), throwing thousands of ambitious, studious young adults into legal limbo.
